Painter, Metal Sculptor, Photographer

Lori Schember is an established painter, metal sculptor, and photographer living in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and son. For the past 18 years Lori has been enhancing her skills in both painting and photography across the country. While her sculpture journey started in college at PennWest Edinboro University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Art in 2012.

Lori’s paintings create a surreal, dreamlike landscape originally inspired by the vibrant colors of the American southwest. Nature is her primary source of inspiration for her other mediums which are most commonly metal and wood sculpture. From the incorporation of preserved moss to the meticulous sculpting of bones, her work is a testament to the enduring beauty of the environment that surrounds us.

Lori also has a love for Real Estate, prior to relocating to the Charlotte area Lori founded and led a real estate photography team working exclusively for the largest brokerage in the area. Although her focus has returned to primarily painting and sculpture her experience in this field helps greatly with inspiration and content.
